At Freebird by Athena G, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality for our apparel, home goods, journals, and books. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by submitting a request form with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will require a photo of the defective or damaged item. Upon review, if the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please submit a request form with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Shipping Costs
